This is my 'project' to make sure the substitute garbage collector can tell I've paid for the service. The garbage is collected at 3 am every Tuesday. the yellow paint is a waste of time and paint. It cannot be seen at night. But, the reflectors are very nice, if there is a light to be reflected. Now, if I only had a mirror ball and a battery operated light... and some reflecting balloons....
